What we collect

When you use Wealth Decisions Copilot, we collect the financial data you enter: your assets (name, type, quantity, price), transactions, FI target, monthly savings, and any notes you add to your holdings.

We also collect your email address to send you sign-in links and FIRE milestone notifications when you reach 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of your FI target.

OpenAI processing

Your financial data is sent to OpenAI's API when you request an AI portfolio analysis. This includes your asset holdings, values, and P&L data. OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy.

We use OpenAI's API in a manner that does not use your data to train their models, consistent with their API data usage policies.

Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Service providers, analytics and cookies

We rely on a small number of service providers ("processors") to run the Service. Each receives only what it needs for its function:

• Supabase (database, authentication, hosted on AWS) — your account and all data you enter.
• Vercel (hosting) — request logs and the cookie-less Web Analytics / Speed Insights described below.
• Stripe (payments) — your email and payment details when you subscribe; we never see your card number.
• OpenAI (AI analysis) — the holdings and cash-flow figures you ask us to analyse, as described above.
• Resend (email) — your email address for sign-in links, notifications and billing emails.
• Market-data providers (EODHD and others) — ticker symbols only; never your holdings or identity.
• Sentry (error monitoring, when enabled) — technical error reports keyed to a user id, never your email or financial data.

Analytics and cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookie-less and do not identify you across sites; no advertising or tracking cookies are set. The only cookies we use are strictly necessary: your session and your language preference. For that reason the site does not show a cookie consent banner.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not share your financial data with anyone except OpenAI (for AI portfolio analysis, on request).
• We do not link your data to your identity for advertising purposes.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from Settings → Advanced → Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Alternatively, email hello@wealthdecisions.co and we will process your deletion request within 7 days.

Wealth Decisions is a personal productivity tool. The summaries it generates describe data you entered yourself; they are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Decisions about your money are yours alone. If you need licensed advice, consult a regulated professional in your jurisdiction.
